Brandon Weaver is a versatile Marketing and Sales Executive with 15+ years of experience across marketing, sales and operations in both Hospitality and Spirits. He was formerly the Chief Commercial Officer of Lacure, a recognized leader in luxury private home rental space. He  currently serves on the Board of Directors at WES Brands and The Runda Lab. Prior to his tenure at Lacure, Brandon served as Regional  General Manager for Sonder Hospitality where he spearheaded Sonder’s rapid growth to becoming one of the world’s most talked about supplier of short term accommodations. During his time at Sonder he worked intimately with recognized private real estate developers as well as recognized property management companies to transition apartments and hotels into beautifully styled accommodations catered to today’s modern traveler.

Prior to his time at Sonder Brandon served as both the COO and Head of Sales and Marketing for Bonotel Exclusive Travel, a Carlyle backed $300mn company focused in the luxury travel sector. During his 3 tenure as an executive at the company he oversaw a team of 100+ employees managing Bonotel’s supply and delivery functions, sales marketing, customer service and risk management. His efforts helped grow topline revenue from $224mn to $285mn which culminated in the sale of Bonotel to Certarus backed Travel Leaders Group at the close of 2017.

Brandon holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, as well as a B.A. in Communication from University of Southern California
